Committees

Legacy Bay committee members play important roles within our community. They are made of volunteers who provide recommendations to the board on what action they should take on a particular item of business.

Committee	Charge & Responsibility
Administrative	Maintains the office records and files of the LBHOA; take minutes of meetings, mail invoices and correspondence on behalf of LBHOA; answer LBHOA clubhouse phone and forward calls appropriately, maintain committee and owner lists.
Architectural	Review and decide on architectural and landscaping applications to ensure conformity of CCRs, association policies and B of D guidelines.
Buildings & Grounds	Advise Board on maintenance and security of common property; dock slips and walkway, roads, parking lots, clubhouse, tennis courts, pool, gate common-area landscaping.
Documents	Review CCRs, Bylaws and Guidelines and recommend changes. Offer opinions to BOD on interpretation of governing documents, compliance, and enforcement.
Finance	Review and recommend sound financial management to BOD.
Gate	Maintain and distribute gate codes, view cameras, when necessary, handle minor gate incidents and maintenance.
Security Team	Liaison with Hawkins County Sheriff’s Department for any security related issues in Legacy Bay. Provide a controlled and effective response to the community of any criminal activity that may occur.
Social	Plan social activities for Association members.
Website	Maintain the Legacy Bay HOA website and all changes and upgrades.
