The Legacy Bay Homeowners Association is a non-profit, mutual benefit corporation, chartered under the laws of the state of Tennessee. Membership is mandatory, each property owner automatically becomes a member of the Association upon acquiring a home or a plot of land in the subdivision. The Association is governed by the Declarations of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCRs) and operated according to the Bylaws of the corporation.
